Club Championship 2025 competition
Postponed from last year, and so run 13th January 2026, with 8 club members competing for the title of Club Champion.
Format : Poule Unique, 5 hits, and competition-style scoring against 'Total Victories', tied places being decided on Hits Scored minus Hits Received indicators.
Referees : Club Organiser : Michael, and Competitors : Andrea, Marc, Ben & Rupert, in tandem.
Once again a high standard of fencing was evident, with good performances from Rupert & Oliver. Strong performances from Andrea, Marc & Ben kept everyone's attention, with only the slightest number of points separating them. Very well done to winner, Andrea, with 7 victories. Overall, a very close match.
Well done also to Charlie, a recent beginner, who faced up well to his more experienced colleagues !
Thanks also to Paul Stelb for Weapons Testing, and for Setting Up, and especially for standing in at the last minute for one entrant, who had to pull out at short notice..
